Antônio Carlos Ruótolo receberá nesta semana em Las Vegas “The Gold Medallion Award” por sua contribuição as iniciativas da ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

This honor recognizes researchers who have contributed their time, talents and efforts on various ICSC research initiatives. These professionals will have made sustained contributions through several of the following areas:

  • participating (in membership subcommittees and/or ad-hoc data or project subcommittees such as shopping center definition standards),
  • speaking (on ICSC Research events, RECON or other association events),
  • advising (sharing and disseminating knowledge through our research advisory groups)
  • serving as data collectors for ICSC’s Country Fact Sheets, and
  • fostering industry benchmarking through data sharing or mobilizing peers in this effort.

The Gold Medallion Award is being given to researchers who contributed in recent years, in the same categories as the above. This year’s recipients include: Jack Backen (Urbis), Marco Biasiotto (Oxford Properties Group), Clay Hallman (Simon), Kathrine Heiberg (RETEAM), Andrew Nelson (Colliers), Ungku Suseelawati Omar (DTZ), Alexandra Petit (Hammerson PLC), Joan Primo (The Strategic Edge), Antonio Carlos Ruótolo (MC15) and Susan Williams (The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited).
